The following rules have been adopted by the Miami Bluffs Board of Trustees regarding the usage of the Cherokee Park facilities including the baseball field, soccer/football fields, basketball court and tennis court.
1. Cherokee park is for the use of Miami Bluffs residents and their guests only. A resident must accompany their guests at all points in time.
2. No organized games or practices are permitted. This is intended to strictly prohibit little league, knot hole, and all league play including but not limited to baseball, football, soccer, basketball and tennis.
3. Unorganized games or practices are permitted so long as at least 50% of participants are Miami Bluffs residents (adult or children.)
4. The fields cannot be reserved and must be used on a first come, first serve basis.
